Sinopsis
Jonathan Hartker llega a Transilvania donde se aloja en el castillo del conde Drácula. Una vez instalado en su habitación no consigue conciliar el sueño. Sobresaltado por unos horribles chillidos que resuenan en la lóbrega mansión. Desde su ventana contempla como una bandada de murciélagos sobrevuela uno de los torreones y la sangre se le hiela en las venas al contemplar como el conde se transforma en un gigantesco vampiro. Cuando trata de escapar del castillo es apresado por tres preciosas mujeres, de afiliados colmillos, que surgen de sendos ataúdes. En su encierro el conde revela a Jonathan su verdadera naturaleza, un ser sobrenatural que se mantiene inmortal bebiendo sangre humana.

Peter Stormare (Prison Break) pone la voz a Drácula, siendo el más reconocible de un reparto que cuenta con grandes voces del mundo del doblaje americano. Una animación fluida y una historia bien planteada para una película que seguramente habría ganado si se hubiera completado del todo la apuesta por un tono más adulto, y la sub-trama de Bruce Wayne y Vicky Vale se hubiese desarrollado mejor. A pesar de todo, recomendable para los fans del Hombre Murciélago.
