Craven, un dirigente megalómano, amenaza con destruir la paz mundial aplicando el "elemento kappa" que es un misil nuclear que transforma las víctimas en humanoides. Además cuenta como mano derecha a Kraspin, el malévolo científico que lo inventó. A la vez, Kraspin mantiene mediante un suero de su invención la belleza de su adorada diva Lady Agatha. Sin embargo no esperan que su propia arma se ponga en contra suya.
